When you contact us or submit an enquiry:

Full name · Email address · WhatsApp/phone number (including country code) · Country/nationality · Treatment area of interest · Any details you choose to share about your case

When you book a service through /services/:

All information above, plus planned arrival date / travel timeline, payment information (processed by our payment provider), and booking reference and transaction history.

Health-related information (sensitive data):

Any medical history, records, or health details you choose to share with us or authorise us to collect on your behalf for the purpose of coordinating your treatment. This is treated as sensitive personal data under Vietnam's Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP on Personal Data Protection, and is only collected and shared with your explicit, separate consent (see the health-data-sharing consent step in our booking flow).

Automatically collected:

IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, time spent, referral source, cookies (see Section 8).

We use your information to respond to your enquiry and assess your case; recommend and coordinate appointments at partner facilities in our Care Network; prepare and translate medical records with your authorisation; process payments; communicate with you before, during and after treatment; send booking confirmations; and comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your separate consent, or sell it to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

To coordinate your care, we share relevant information — including health information you authorise us to share — with the specific hospital, clinic, or specialist you are being referred to, solely for the purpose of your appointment and treatment.

Current Care Network facilities include Vinmec, Be Dental, Expat Dental, Bệnh viện Thẩm mỹ Kangnam, Scar Center, Bệnh viện Mắt Việt Nga, and others as our network grows.

We do not sell your personal information, share your health information beyond the treating facility without consent, or share your information for third-party advertising.

We may disclose information where required by Vietnamese law, a valid court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ZensiaCare, our patients, or others.

Payments are processed by our payment provider(s). Your card details are entered directly into their secure system and do not pass through or get stored on ZensiaCare servers. For bank transfer / QR payments, details are provided securely and directly by your coordinator.

Because ZensiaCare serves patients from many countries and uses international service providers (payment processing, email, hosting), your information may be processed in countries outside Vietnam where those providers operate their infrastructure.

Where required under Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP, we carry out a cross-border data transfer impact assessment before such transfers and retain it on file for inspection by the competent authority.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the services you have requested, maintain records of your case for follow-up support, and comply with legal, accounting, and tax reporting obligations under Vietnamese law (generally up to 10 years for financial records).

If you have not engaged our services after an initial enquiry, we retain your contact information for 24 months before deletion, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, understand how visitors use our website, and measure the effectiveness of our marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your information; object to certain uses; and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Contact us at contact@zensiacare.com or via WhatsApp and we will respond within 30 days.

Our services are intended for adults arranging their own healthcare, or arranging care for a family member. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 18 without parental or guardian involvement.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
